“Flavors of the Week” menu is posted and sent via text and/or email on Monday/Tuesday. All orders should be placed via text/email or phone Thursday by 6PM EST. Please indicate serving size and/or number of people when placing order as pricing is dependent on serving size and/or number of people. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate when placing order. Get ready for your soul to be fed!
Deliveries are typically Saturday before 5-6:30PM. If alternate arrangements need to be made, please let me know and we can discuss a better delivery day or time. Depending on your location, a travel fee may be assessed. Pickup is also an option.
What’s on the Menu?
- Grilled lemon-chicken kebabs, rice pilaf, squash and zucchini medley, with homemade tzatziki sauce
- Honey-hot grilled barbecue chicken, mac & cheese, fried cabbage
- Baked Greek salmon, rice pilaf, squash and zucchini medley with homemade tzatziki sauce
- Southwest-salmon bowls, cilantro-lime rice, roasted sweet potato potatoes, and a corn salad
- Lemon-grilled salmon, roasted broccoli and mac and cheese
- Southwest-shrimp bowls, cilantro-lime rice, pinto beans, and a corn salad
- BBQ steak kebabs, roasted broccoli, and roasted baby potatoes
- Pulled BBQ beef roast, mac & cheese, and fried cabbage
- Flank-steak fajitas with peppers, cilantro-lime rice and black beans
- Italian baked chicken, grilled summer squash, and fresh pasta salad

For any Catering Events and/or Meal Prep requests, please contact me directly as these orders require a consolation before a menu can be created.
Table to table service is not provided. However, if you desire us to stay at the event to dispense/ration the food items onto attendees’, plates, a serving fee will be added.
